Empowering Our Communities: Standing Strong Together for a Disciplined, Unified, and Prosperous Nakuru

A prosperous county relies not just on its physical infrastructure, but on its moral fabric and social harmony. During this year’s Madaraka Day celebrations at the Imarisha Talanta Grounds in Njoro Sub-County, we emphasized that true leadership requires addressing the societal challenges facing our youth.

Our administration is taking a proactive, multi-sectoral approach by investing deeply in social halls, youth empowerment centers, and psychosocial wellness units across all 11 sub-counties. We are strengthening our local primary care networks and maternal initiatives (like the Bondeni Sub-County Hospital theatre and Kangaroo Mother Care Centers) to ensure mothers and families are supported at the community level. Together, as the families of Nakuru County, we are standing firm to build a peaceful, disciplined, and unified community where everyone has an equal opportunity to succeed.
